An introductory session where I get to know a bit about you and vice-versa. I explain in detail how our brains work in relation to your concerns, and most importantly, what we can do to help. I will send a free recording for you to listen to after this meeting to kick-start the process.

Cancellation Policy

Please note I have a 24 hour cancellation policy and a 50% fee will be charged for cancellations within this timeframe. Bookings are subject to room availability at Krysallis.
