My 8-Week Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) program is designed to help you improve your sleep naturally and effectively. Delivered in 4 focused sessions over 8 weeks, this programme combines proven cognitive and behavioural strategies with additional holistic approaches for a comprehensive path to better sleep.

 

In each session, you'll learn practical tools to:

  • Identify and change unhelpful thoughts about sleep​

  • Establish healthy sleep routines and habits​

  • Reduce nighttime worries and improve relaxation​

  • Incorporate relaxation techniques, hypnosis, meditation, and select NLP tools to deepen your ability to unwind and fall asleep smoothly​

  • Manage factors that interfere with restful, restorative sleep
