*This service is for you if you have been diagnosed with chronic insomnia. It is not designed to replace your doctor's advice but is the NICE/NHS approved first-line treatment for this condition. I add in my own, proven tools and techniques to help you get the restorative sleep you deserve. Please note - PRICE IS FOR ALL 4 SESSIONS Please note - PRICE IS FOR 4 x SESSIONS

Cancellation Policy

Please note I have a 24 hour cancellation policy and a 50% fee will be charged for cancellations within this timeframe. Bookings are subject to room availability at Krysallis.
