What is Hypnotherapy?

Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) focuses on clear, achievable goals and positive change. Rather than exploring past problems, sessions centre on what the client wants to achieve and how they’ll know things are improving.
My clients enter a deeply relaxed state where the subconscious mind is more open to positive suggestions, helping reinforce new behaviours and solutions. Therapy builds on clients’ strengths and past successes, and I often incorporate techniques from CBT and NLP.
SFH is brief, practical, and collaborative, aiming for meaningful progress in a short time. By focusing on the present and future, it empowers clients to reduce stress and anxiety, develop realistic strategies, and move confidently towards their preferred future.
